Unable to create a personal list

When I tried to create another personal list (I've got 3 so far), it gave me an “oops, something went wrong” prompt. I've tried refreshing the app and reinstalling it, and the problem still persists. Is there a maximum count of personal lists you're allowed to have? or is this a bug?
