Sync feature not working Correctly

I have a linked and active premium Google account (which the app recognizes correctly).Unfortunately, syncing between devices isn't working properly. I tried to remove the viewing history of some TV series from one smartphone, but it does not sync the removal of the content to the second deviceI also tried doing the reverse by clearing the cache and data from the second device, even though I'm doing it from the second device with the application configured as new, Content isn't syncing to your phone. Something's not working properly.
