I've been using Moviebase for a long time and even purchased a subscription because I really liked the app. Unfortunately, the latest update has been a huge disappointment.
The first issue is the persistent "resubscribe" banner that can't be dismissed, even though it's very distracting. I also have Ukrainian selected as the app language, but most of the interface is now in English.
Several useful features have disappeared:
The "Watched", "Watchlist", and "Collection" indicators are no longer visible on movie pages.
Filters for movies and TV shows (year, runtime, genre, status, etc.) are gone.
My personal ratings for TV shows are no longer displayed on posters.
I still like the overall interface design and visual style of the app, but I would much rather have the previous functionality back with the bugs fixed than these changes.
