Make Application Change Log Available Other Than Just in the Initial Update Process

The new change log provided with version updates is a very welcome addition. It makes it much easier for us to test enhancements and fixes and to provide feedback. However, I can’t see any way to access the change log after the initial display. We need to be able to go back and review it later as well. If I missed it, please let me know how to access it. If not, please provide a method - perhaps as an option on the About page. And it would be useful to be able to access past change logs as well.
