Configuration Settings - export or save

Add an option to export configuration settings (homepage layout, filters on tabs, etc.) to import on new device or a re-installation of app. After deleting and reinstalling from the update splash screen bug today, I spent quite a bit of time resetting all my filters and layouts to they way I had them set before reinstalling app. And I have 3 devices that I want to be the same.
